Services Provided
Genetic Health Diagnostics provides professional DNA testing and drug testing services, including DOT and non-DOT drug testing, legal DNA testing, and non-legal DNA testing. Services are provided in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Appointments
Appointments are required for all testing services. Same-day or after-hours appointments may be available and may incur additional fees.
Clients must arrive on time with valid government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide proper identification may result in refusal of service.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled in advance. Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment or late cancellations may result in a cancellation or no-show fee.

Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated in writing. All fees must be paid in full before results are released.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of testing services, refunds are not provided once sample collection has occurred. If a test must be repeated due to laboratory error, retesting may be conducted at no additional cost.

Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary based on the type of test and laboratory processing. While we strive to provide timely results, turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Confidentiality
All client information and test results are handled with strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws.

Limitation of Liability
Genetic Health Diagnostics is not responsible for delays caused by laboratories, third-party providers, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Refusal of Service
Genetic Health Diagnostics reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who fails to comply with policies, presents fraudulent identification, or engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Legal Use Disclaimer
Legal DNA testing follows a strict chain-of-custody process and may be used for court or legal matters. Non-legal DNA testing is for informational purposes only and cannot be used for legal proceedings.
